EDUSERVE Consulting provides a Mentoring and Coaching service for educators around the world by working with individual schools and organisations in realising their goals by building on their leadership skills and creating a nurturing environment for future changemakers.
Aligned to SDG Goal: 4.7 it aims to achieve purposeful quality education focusing on the key issues facing our world today.
This program is inspired by United Nations Transforming the World Agenda 2030 with a strong focus on SDG 17 – Partnership for the goals as a vehicle for SDG 4 – Quality Education , SDG 13 – Climate Action and SDG 10 – Reducing Inequalities.
It empowers students by engaging them through fun and creative collaborative projects enabling them to form global education partnerships. Hence, developing informed global citizens empowering them with the skills and attitudes needed to live in a constantly changing and un-predictable world through inclusive, purposeful and impactful exchanges.
Program Objectives
Develop and implement a transformative model of Global Citizenship Education Development (GCED) with a Climate Change Education(CCE) lens focused on middle school students, underpinned by research into student agency and educational leadership.
– Facilitate global classroom partnerships where students collaboratively explore climate action within their local contexts and learn from international peers through creative inter-disciplinary learning projects.
– Support schools in both formal and informal settings in integrating climate change and sustainable lifestyles education across curriculum areas (language, geography, science, arts, Maths, history, religion) aligned with the UNESCO Greening Schools framework through customized learning projects.
– Foster global citizenship, intercultural understanding, and real-world problem-solving skills among students.
– Generate scalable insights and recommendations for climate-focused educational reform by working in collaboration with global partners.
